Assessment rigour. Commercial judgement.

Effective Management Due Diligence requires more than a robust methodology. It requires experienced professionals who can interpret complex evidence, challenge assumptions and understand the commercial context.

We combine rigorous assessment expertise with commercial understanding to help investors make more informed decisions about leadership capability and risk.

Evidence, not impressions.

Our assessors combine structured interviews, psychometrics, referencing and commercial context to develop balanced, defensible conclusions about leadership capability and risk.

We challenge assumptions, triangulate findings and distinguish what the evidence supports from what remains uncertain.

01

Thesis-led

Every assessment is built around the leadership requirements of the specific investment, never a generic model.

02

Triangulated

No single source determines the conclusion. Interviews, psychometrics, referencing and company evidence are tested against each other.

03

Judgement-led

Technology supports the analysis. Conclusions and recommendations are interpreted and reviewed by experienced assessors.
